Can be used with second 4-way anchor and horizontal lifeline to provide fall arrest for 2 and restraint for 4 persons.

| Installed into metal (24 gauge) with 20 #14-10, 2" metal screws, into 6" concrete using 4 1/2" concrete fasteners, or into 5/8" CDX with 20 #14-10 wood screws. Warning: Users must strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s inspection, installation, maintenance and use directions; and must follow local, state and federal safety regulations. Structural member must be able to support 5000# force. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death. |
